We are fortunate to have Sarah on board as a contributing consultant, coach, and mentor at Flip Workplace Culture. With over two decades of experience in medical administrative services and education, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. She has worked in both the private and government sectors and as a certified trainer and assessor, which has provided her with a unique perspective on industry standards. 

What sets Sarah apart is her passion for communication. She believes that effective communication is the key to success in any business, and she has made it her mission to help others improve their communication skills. With her excellent attention to detail, Sarah ensures that every aspect of the workplace culture is carefully considered, from employee engagement to customer satisfaction.
