Lauren has experienced firsthand what it is like to work in an adverse workplace environment. She understands the importance of having strong role models who inspire confidence and promote unity. At FLIP Workplace Culture, we aim to make people's stories more visible and provide positive role models for future generations. Our goal is to celebrate and embrace work culture as a strength while tackling the lack of positivity in the workplace. We believe that by offering FREE resources and readings along with fee-based membership consultancy and structured campaign development we can contribute to building a better and stronger workplace culture.

Lauren has 25 years of experience in design, customer service, sector management, and early education. She specialises in but not limited to, community sectors. She loves planning, designing, and creating campaigns for positive impact.
