We are excited to offer a 12 month Employee Engagement Program
​
The program comprises 12 onsite consultation visits, each of up to 3 hours, where our team will observe and interact with your employees. We will conduct a thorough analysis of your company's cultural aspects and challenges and provide customised recommendations accordingly. Additionally, we will review up to three of your current policies and procedures and suggest improvements based on guidelines, regulations, and ACT-specific requirements.
As part of the program, we will create a universal PD video/presentation specifically tailored to your organisation, in line with FLIP Graphic Designers. Furthermore, we will provide you with an information sheet/s PDF print that is specific to the presentation for your company.
